Conversation data from our AI quote chat and recruitment chat is processed by OpenAI to generate intelligent responses. OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policy, which states that API data is not used to train their models. Data is processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers.
MailerSend (Email Delivery)
We use MailerSend to send notification emails, including enquiry confirmations and internal alerts when new quote requests or job applications are received. MailerSend processes your email address and name for delivery purposes only.
Hosting Provider
Our website and database are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Server logs containing IP addresses and technical data are retained for security and performance monitoring purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Some of our third-party processors (specifically OpenAI) are based in the United States.
